Wife and I had transmission fluid leaking at an alarming rate on our 2009 Lincoln MkS. We were in the area on vacation and in a bind with locating the leak. They quickly had our car on a lift and identified the leak within 10 minutes. They confirmed we were sold & installed an AWD axle for our 2WD MKS. Great group of guys working there, didn't even charge us for taking their time to look at our problem! Thank you!!
I’ve had two transmissions rebuilt on two different trucks by Tranco, both performed exceptionally well. The staff is very knowledgeable and experienced.
Obnoxious customer service: Rude and Inconvenient. The website doesn't work, phone keeps on disconnecting. Instead of being patient with customer, the people over there screams over phone that they are not interested and have too many clients to attend now, when approached to book an appointment. Rude people.
Took my truck to get oil leak fixed. After paying out 1200.00 I still have an oil leak. After addressing the situation with the owner I am left with 1200.00 worth of work and the same oil leak. He was unwilling to compromise and help me resolve this issue. I was very disappointed that this business was unwilling to try to resolve the issue. I'm out 1200.00 and still have an oil leak. Weepy not recommend doing business with this establishment.
They did a great job on my mom's car and haven't had any issues.i would highly recommend this place for transmission repairs.
