February 13, 2013 On January 15, 2018 I called Freedom Health and verified particulars about my Dental coverage. On February 6, 2018 I called the Dental Office of Tran Quyen DMD. I received confirmation that Freedom Health completely covered my teeth cleaning and gave my Freedom Health patient ID information. We made an appointment for Tuesday February 13, 2018.
