I made an appointment to come here for my physical. I did notice the Vietnamese name but it didn’t bother me. But the way I was treated like I didn’t belong because I wasn’t Vietnamese. The time wasted. I will never come back. This place is so tacky I wouldn’t bring my dog here.
I come from a Vietnamese family and since my parents don’t speak English, we have no choice but to come here. I don’t recommend this place because all he care about is money and refuse to accept any type of insurances. Since my family don’t know any other doctor, we have to come here. If you have a choice, I don’t recommend going here at ALL. Appointments also take a while before you can actually met the doctor even if the clinic is mostly empty. STAY AWAY. THE WAIT TIME AT THIS OFFICE IS HORRENDOUS, WHICH SHOWS THE UNPROFESSIONAL MENTALITY OF THIS PARTICULAR OFFICE. I HAD TAKEN A FAMILY MEMBER MULTIPLE TIMES FOR APPTS, AND HAVE WAITED 30-40+ MINUTES EVERY TIME BEFORE EVEN SEEING THE DOCTOR. THIS LAST TIME WAS THE FINAL STRAW....WE WAITED FOR AN HOUR WHILE THEY "CALIBRATED" THE MACHINE, ONLY TO BE TOLD AN HOUR LATER THAT THEY WERE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE FOR THE APPT WE HAD WAITED AN HOUR FOR, AND DECIDED TO RECOMMEND US TO A LABCORP.
