I would give Dr. Tran 6 stars if she didnt have that evil receptionist. Dr. Tran has a guard dog it seems and this makes it difficult for patient Dr. interaction. Dr. Tran is very knowledgeable and good for what she offers once you get past the "Hound From Hell" Dr. Tran you need to either deal with her or redirect her career. Tons of receptionist looking to display excellent customer service. I dont wish for people to loose their job, but this lady is running business away.
