I work with with another practice and needed to reach out to Dr. Tran's office. The receptionist that answers Option 2 has the best customer service. She was helpful, quick with action, kind, understanding and caring. Thankful for her care of your patients.
Don’t come there! They are very money hungry from the insurance. They have a very horrible customer services, we had appointment, they ask to come 15’ before appointment and we have to wait in the car ( not in their waiting room) 40’ more and my daughter was very exhausted. My husband came to ask them and they kicked him out and told us just wait in the car for texting to come. very bad about the time and date for my son, and the way of working is very slow, never come here again Very bad
Dr Tran is extra ordinary ,she takes her time to care for my kids,the kids love her and anytime we have an appointment they ask if it's Dr Tran, if it's not they're not happy because they know how other doctors treat them compare to Dr Tran.Being a Doctor is a calling, your attitude and the way you care for your patient will speak for itself, thanks a lot DR Tran for everything.
