Worst experience I’ve ever had in a Dental Office. Upon entering Tran Luan was sitting at the customer service desk. He did not stand up to greet me. When I told him that I wanted to make an appointment. He told me that they are closed he is just doing paperwork. They are scheduled to be open until 5 pm. He also told me that he doesn’t make appointments anyway. But that they are booked all week. My wife had a temporary crown brake while we were driving through Wyoming. Luckily Dr. Tran was able to resolve our dental emergency by replacing the crown. Everyone was really nice and they were very accommodating to our unique situation.

Had my temp crown break and pop off in Rock Springs on a drive from Utah to Colorado. The Rock Springs dentists all closed early & referred me to Dr Tran in the next town of Rawlins. Dr Tran was able to remove my broken crown & put in an aluminum one that would customize to my bite, since he didn't have the mold for my tooth. Their office was willing to fit me in last minute. Dr Tran was extremely on the ball & professional. Clean office, very nice staff. Thanks for saving my vacation!
