SCAM! 1 star is too generous for the service provided by Mina Tran. She obviously sells herself well on the initial phone call, takes full payment before doing a lick of work and then takes forever to get back to you. She sent me places that no longer exist for my visa as well as telling us to provide documents that aren't even necessary for what we needed.
