I'd like to point out the good part of living here. The KILLER Mountain views, golf course Views, New management is working hard to.make it better here daily. The location is Superb, the POOL/SPA area are Beautiful... We have a shuffleboard area. If I was looking for a mobile home I would check this place out first.... It's a great Park.....
Historical army base , General Eisenhower stay here and USO shows in clubhouse. Street names after president. Senior mobile home park close to trader Joe and Target , casino,and movie theater and new outdoor amphitheater. Downtown Cathedral City. auto district.

wow great place to live over 55 years seniors ,pool and laundry room with app to carry on cell .no money needed A,clubhouse with games,and closed to new Casino for fun . golf cart away and trader joes market with Target and local restaurants to less than a block away. humming birds garden and fun folks
