the new management is awesome. they really made the property feel more home. management just doesn’t respond to emails.. only bad part. but everything else it’s quiet, peaceful, clean in the neighborhood.
I’ve lived here for approximately 8 months, and the property was purchased by the current ownership/management about 3 months into my lease. I want to emphasize that we had virtually no issues with the previous ownership or staff. The problems described here began after the property changed hands. If you’re looking to moving here just turn around. Rent was cheap when i first moved here a year ago and it’s now $200 more with fees and all these things they added that nobody uses. So let’s talk about it, $25 monthly pet rent is reasonable, they just added these package lockers in the leasing office thats extra $5 a month mandatory, valet trash just been added also and that’s $25 monthly remind you the dumpster is 5ft away. $15 electricity fee on top of what your paying with Cobb emc or whatever your provider of choice. $... read more
The management here is great and is very helpful.
I am absolutely loving the new updates at The Aubrey Sweetwater! The renovations have completely transformed the feel of the apartments. The fresh new countertops, feels like a brand-new luxury home every time I walk through the door. Fast response to service request, I placed my request and repairs started the very next day!
