I been living at this complex for many years. Seen many owners and management that don't pay attention to the tenants. The Aubrey Sweetwater owners now took care of this complex and remodel for the best. Am so happy of our new owners. I love this place an I feel safe when I get to work very early in the morning. Everyone at the main office go above and beyond to make feel comfortable. They pay attention and help you as much they can. I give them a 5 starts.
They are sooo attentive and solve all my problems quickly
I was about to sign a nine-month lease, but my move-out date was incorrect in the system. I'm happy they corrected it. But the delay has given me time to shop around. I love the area and intend to stay nearby regardless. There's a 50/50 chance I renew. I moved in October 3, 2025. Overall: 3 out of 5. Before it was 1 star. PROS 1. The original nine-month base rent was hard to refuse. If it's the same, I'll probably renew, but valet trash is a deal breaker. 2. I love my unit and have made it my home. 3.
