My first impression of the leasing office was honestly disappointing, and based on the reviews, my experience doesn't seem uncommon. Save your money, time and stress. Do not move here. The Aubrey staff is unprofessional and provides no real assistance. Just gives you the run around. I’ve called ample amount of times and left many emails, even to corporate and do you think my issue is resolved after months on hand? No! Save yourself the headache!
My master bedroom has mold and mildew in it ,smells like old water. I discovered mold on my hats and clothes in the closet. Lalena Pritchard was very dismissive and rude!
My packages were stolen today(June 2nd) by a member of the maintenance team. A police report was filed. For 2 months I have been watching my packages on my security camera. My neighbors confirmed they saw the package drop off box upwards to the day before my return. A huge XL parcel drop off box with the packages inside were removed from my door today.
