As a resident of 4 years , Bobbi in the leasing office has always been very helpful. She always kept an open line of communication, was always pleasant every interaction and always provided great customer service. Roderick the service manager was always there when Ms.Bobbi would call him for my request. I would like to thank Ms.Calisha for all her help too.
I’m writing to express my growing frustration with the condition of the property. It feels like the quality of living here is steadily declining. The breezeways are in horrible condition and rarely cleaned, the gym equipment is barely functional, and the trash compactor is constantly broken, creating a mess around the area. The entrance gate has been left open for over three months now with no update on repairs, which is a safety concern for all residents. Bobbi and Patricia have been amazing and quick with this process. They are clear and precise with what's needed and getting it done. I have had nothing less than an amazing experience with these to women from the first tour to the signing of the lease and any questions or concerns I've brought up in between. I am extremely excited to begin a new journey with Tramore Village.
I am excited to move into this complex. Bobbi was amazing at making everything understandable and showcasing the apartments in an amazing light. She really took her time making sure everything was addressed. Patricia was just as amazing when it came to finalizing everything needed down to the last detail. I am extremely excited to update this review. I've already heard good things and seen good things, so skies the limit as of now.
