Besides the gates been opening and the gym equipment not being functional. I actually enjoyed the peace of the apartments on the side by the leasing office. I never had any issues thank the lord as far as safety or rowdy people. Tramore got the purpose done and now I’ve moved on. Good pricing & nice apartments not a bad place at all while was there

As a resident of 4 years , Bobbi in the leasing office has always been very helpful. She always kept an open line of communication, was always pleasant every interaction and always provided great customer service. Roderick the service manager was always there when Ms.Bobbi would call him for my request. I would like to thank Ms.Calisha for all her help too.
I’m writing to express my growing frustration with the condition of the property. It feels like the quality of living here is steadily declining. The breezeways are in horrible condition and rarely cleaned, the gym equipment is barely functional, and the trash compactor is constantly broken, creating a mess around the area. The entrance gate has been left open for over three months now with no update on repairs, which is a safety concern for all residents. Bobbi and Patricia have been amazing and quick with this process. They are clear and precise with what's needed and getting it done. I have had nothing less than an amazing experience with these to women from the first tour to the signing of the lease and any questions or concerns I've brought up in between. I am extremely excited to begin a new journey with Tramore Village.
