I had the opportunity to do a self-guided apartment tour, which was a great experience. The apartment itself was very nice—I absolutely loved it! When I returned to the office, the agent was extremely helpful, answered all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process.
Just terrible. I’ve called and showed up in person to have someone come out to look at my stove and nothing is being done. I received an email saying my work request was completed when no one showed up. I also asked for a new filter, I got one that did not fit. I showed up to the office once again and was given another size that didn’t fit. I just don’t get it. Am I asking for too much? Also, my cabinet knob on in my bathroom needs to be replaced.
The maintenance person did a good job is explaining everything to me.
