Went there on a Monday (and they were closed). The GM was there and allowed us to walk the store and use the restroom. She talked to my buddy and I about our bikes and was just a generally knowledgeable & pleasant woman. Now that's how to make a lasting impression.
The best purchase experience ive ever had. Having close harley dealerships in north jersey but riding down 60miles to buy says alot. Greg was an exceptional sales person and helped me in every way possible to make my deal work. The other salesman on the floor didnt hesitate to help me with any questions or concerns that i had. Overall it was just great. I will recommend Tramontin to all my family and friends. Thank you guys for everything !
What I think of Tramontin? A truly exceptional, and professional place. The sales team, Gregg, Christian, and Don. Are fantastic people. I just purchased a 2007 Ultra from them. Everyone at Tramontin made the experience totally amazing. I don't think there is enough I can say. You guys are awesome! I don't have any decent pics yet, but I will soon.
Would rather further inconvenience a customer than make things right. Bike was damaged and work they did came loose before I got my bike home.
