My husband and I truly miss Dr. Trammell. He was our PCP for over ten years, and we moved to Pennsylvania two and a half years ago. He and his staff were always there when we needed them. He was very quick to deal with anything that arose, and get you the care you needed in a very prompt fashion. We have not found that in our present location. I have been diagnosed with a serious illness and lost all faith in my present PCP here in Pennyslvania and her staff. Dr. Trammell and his staff care. You don't find that everywhere.
Dr Trammell takes the time to explain issues. He will refer you to a specialist if needed. His staff is warm and kind. Heather is a bonus to the staff. Small town compassion with updated medical information. They check the patient portal often and I never feel like they rush you. I've been there 10 years and my cousin from Ft Worth recommended him years ago.
He is very professional, inclusive, helpful. I believe him to be knowledgeable and experienced to the degree that he has helped me tremendously in controlling my disease processes. His staff is pleasant and always willing to discuss and help.
