Just some of the issues I’ve dealt with since renting a property from Tramco. I’ve repeatedly asked Kacey for another point of contact but am told I can’t speak with anyone else. I called Tramco and was told to email Tana, who just forwarded my email to Kacey…. extremely frustrating.

This property management company is extremely annoying and bad at communication. They have an online form, but when you fill it out, they continue to ask for additional information that wasn't even part of the original application. It's a complete waste of time. The application is also very expensive at $55 per person, plus a credit card fee on top of that. For two people you will pay ~$115 just to apply!
