Won’t answer calls dr and receptionist don’t listen they don’t take into account what the insurance will cover had to pay out of pocket even after telling them no glasses appointment also no check up after so now I have contacts that I can’t see through and refuse to help fix.
HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!! Dr. was rude, receptionist was rude and overall a very very bad experience. She gave me the wrong prescription. After I told her that I was not able to see and everything was blurry, they would not fix it and turned me away. Weeks later i went back to retrieve records and after asking to speak with Dr. Nguyen the receptionist stated " she will not see you"! I have never been treated this badly.
