I wish I could leave zero stars. Here what a 4 year old house looks like from Tralon homes. The best part is when you call Tralon homes for some help and to tell them what is going on their only response is call the warranty company. I have. I submitted a claim back in August. The customer service is about as bad as the houses you build. I feel sad for anyone who is looking at all the new builds that you guys are doing. We had a great experience with Mike Cox in the warranty department. He was fast and was able to get all our concerns handled.
Their warranty guy Mike is great. Super responsive, timely and helpful.
