I was extremely happy with the professional work that was completed with the installation of my heat pump, furnace and waterless tank. The 2 gentlemen even found a potential fire hazard in the fire panel that was not found during my home inspection in Dec 2025 and fixed it.

Prestige Home Improvement Company is truly amazing. First, we met Travis and Louis and they gave us a reasonable price for our new heat pump plus new furnace. then we received such INCREDIBLE installation services from Rob and friend. They spent almost an entire day making sure everything was properly installed and functioning. My family was so impressed with their kindness ,work and dedication. Thank you to all of you. We recently did an oil conversion to a heat pump system with Prestige. We are extremely happy with the service, Liam guided us through the whole process and made sure we were take care of at every step. We are super happy to be off of oil, and not relying on window ACs for the summer. The install team, Rob and Josh did a fantastic job with the install, everything looks great and works perfectly. I highly recommend Prestige for anyone looking into heat pumps.

We has a great experience with prestige. I have been recommending all my friends to look into getting a heat pump. Because of our situation (wood heat) the ductless heat pump has been the perfect solution for us. Install was smooth and it was great to get rid of our old wall mounted AC

We decided to add two AUX heat pumps to our small home just outside Ottawa, and somehow we lucked out by connecting with Liam — yes, that Liam from the mildly irritating TikTok ads 😄 Jokes aside, Liam and his team were fantastic. Once we said “let’s do it,” the install crew showed up a few days later and had us up and running in no time.
