Traelee Terrace is unsafe and poorly managed. Damien, the property manager, is dismissive and rude to tenants and has completely ignored repeated complaints/concerns. Squatters are a known issue with no resolution in sight. Hallways are littered with dog waste that sits for days untouched. If you walk around the property you’d see dog waste in various areas. I’ve had a great experience living here overall. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The layout makes good use of space, and I really appreciate the natural lighting throughout the unit. The kitchen appliances are modern and functional, and I haven’t had any major maintenance issues. I finally spoke with Mccrae on the phone, after multiple attemps to contact someone. We agreed to a tour in 30 mins. Upon arrival, I used the useless callbox (automatically hangs up), emailed and called but it rang until voicemail. I told him I was here via emails and voicemail. No response. Mccrae called an HOUR later & tried blaming me, saying I was at the wrong apartments. I was there and seen the ice rink of a parking lot, could barely walk up to the building.

I really enjoy living here. The staff treats residents well and makes sure we stay updated on anything important. The community is always clean and well cared for, which makes it feel safe and welcoming. I truly appreciate the effort they put into making this a great place to live. We have the best team come check it out you wouldn’t be disappointed.
