Tralee Terrace has been my dream come true and the manager Sheron is a true angel! The apartments are very clean and spacious, and it has a quiet and family oriented atmosphere. Thank you to Sheron for all of her assistance with getting me processed and moved in!
I toward the property with my mother this week an it just wasn't the right fit because there are no elevators! But the leasing agent sheron that helped us was AMAZIMG! She was very upbeat an professional with all of our questions! If it hadn't been for the elevator situation she had us sold! She made us feel comfortable as this could have been our potential home an didn't treat us as a $ dollar sign!
New management took over, now the apartment is dusty, garbage in the halls and the new payment portal is not set correctly. I had to write several emails with no response until I cc my worker on the email. Now I've found a better home and put in my moving date but yet again no email or letter about me moving oh and let's not forget the red ants that take over the whole apartment including the laundry room in the summer!!!
