Great community with management that actually cares.
once again.. Damien her ( property manager) is sitting in the office with the door closed during office hours because he doesn't want to interact with tenants. he needs a new job if he cannot handle his position.
Terrible apartments considered section 8 but have a friend there who has disabilities and they targeted him and are removing him. Removing a lot of people on section 8 and disabilitys why you may ask.... My thought to update units get rid of section 8 all together
Damien Her is an incompetent “property manager “ …he barely does his job. He comes into the office and sits at the desk with the lights off and door closed (during business hours) saying the office is closed due to him “working on filing papers”. This happens EVERY single time he is in the office alone. He is dismissive to tenants, he makes us feel like crap for bringing issues to his attention. He avoids tenants and disregards their complaints!
