Maccrae is the assistant manager and he was more than helpful and went the extra mile to help me in everyway in acquiring my apartment. Which made a very experience moving in.
The HB group that has taken over here has made impressive improvements that were much needed. The management is available, helpful and approachable. Macrae is awesome.
Macrae in the office is amazing. You can tell he is trying to improve the apartments inside & out. I always go to him if I have a issue! Always a friendly face when I see him. :)
The new management team has definitely made a difference. If I needed help or have a quick question Maccrae would find a solution.
Front/main door doesn't shut properly, packages were just left by the front door, one of which was opened and looked through, management has poor communication skills, lack of communication. Oh, and if you get told "you'll never hear trains," that's a lie. I heard a train go by at least every 20 minutes. I don't recommend living here.
