Very professional clean establishment. Coaches are very engaging and motivating !!! The number of classes a day are a plus for flexible schedules. A great place to come put in work with great people!
Excellent gym with a great and knowledgeable coaching staff. They keep workouts fresh, exciting and fast paced. They truly understand how the body works. If you have an ailment or injury they know just what sort of body work in terms of strength, conditioning or stretching you need to overcome your setbacks. If you’re in the area and looking to join a gym, I highly recommend joining TrAk or at least giving it a shot.
I have been going to TrAk for almost 10 years now and still love my experience there. I attend in the morning and find it to be a great way to get my day going. The coaches are knowledgeable and supportive and strive to help you achieve your goals. The programming is thoughtful and keeps me from having to worry about getting variety in my workouts. I highly recommend Sean and his staff. I have never been in better shape and I have tons of energy for my kids.
I have been going to TrAk since 2020. I love the workouts, the Coaches & the cleanliness of the gym. Amazing people who help each other & never judge. This is more than a gym. It really is a community that comes together to care for themselves!
