I don’t even know where to begin!! I started at Trak in 2017 & it has been home ever since. The coaches & the other members are truly like family. I’ve worked out at many different gyms in the past…. And this one is by far the best. The coaches are fantastic at teaching, guiding, & encouraging. They are always eager to help out when you need some modification due to injuries. TrAk isn’t the kind of gym where you wander around guessing what to do. The coaches know when to push, when to adjust, and when to celebrate your progress. Five years in and I’m still finding new challenges here — which says a lot about the coaching and the programming. At TrAk we work on movements I’d never tackle on my own and I always walk out feeling accomplished. There are so many class times which make going to TrAk doable with a busy schedule.
What a community of motivated people, Sean and his team do a great job!
The coaching and programming at TrAk are second to none. There is always a good energy with nice people. I can’t imagine my week without it!
