I’ve been at TrAk for just a month but so far it’s been a great experience. Everyone has been warm and welcoming. The work is challenging but doable and, it seems, productive too.
I have been a member for 3 months., and I have seen great results. The trainers are helpful friendly and knowledgeable. A great gym that I’d recommend to anyone.

I joined TrAk after I was told I needed a multi-level spinal fusion. I couldn’t raise my legs more than a few inches off the floor or move without pain. After a few months, I feel like I have defied the odds. I didn’t come for “gains” or weight loss, but the ability to live my life again. Something I had taken for granted. The trainers have been more than accommodating with modifications, and I’m back to playing volleyball and running around with my kids.
I joined track way back pre COVID and have never looked back. It’s more than just an excellent gym - the coaches are so skillful and passionate about working with us, and rhe community helps push me to do my best and show up even when a thousand things compete for my time. Each workout is a mental reset as well as a physical invigoration.
