so far my experience has been very good I am looking forward to having Dr Awad ask my doctor
Leaving one star for the staff not for the dr. We love dr Amini and her care but I tried to reschedule my son's appointment and the receptionist threw me for another 24 days - i can't believe there are 0 availabilities until above 3 weeks from today's date and she hung up on me while still talking. Leaving a review maybe someone sees this and I'd be able to reach dr Amini sooner..
They don't pick up the phone or return a message
Horrible, I get their at 4:35 to get my papers and everyone left when they said 5pm. I’m sick of these doctors, I love my doctor but the organization sucks horribly!
Always great service and my family doctor Dr. Effendi is amazing. They dont typically answer but I do receive a call back to schedule an appointment. Overall my experiencing the assistance I've had for my issues were always good.
