No longer a Dynacare location, despite what they say on the Dynacare website. The Dynacare clinic has been closed for 10 months.
My mother has been a patient at Trainyards Medical for years. She truly feels cared for and now that I bring her to her appointments I can see why. Yes it’s a busy clinic as most are, but the staff and doctors are truly wonderful. A heart felt thank you to the whole Trainyards team!! We really appreciate you!
ANSWER the damn phones!!! What kind of medical clinic doesn't have multiple phone lines with a holding cue?? I leave a message, I get a call back, I miss the call, I call back nobody EVER answers!! All I've been doing since my family doctor moved his practice to this clinic is call and leave messages. I have yet to make an appointment.
I have been patient at this medical clinic for about 7 years. In the beginning the service was ok, the option for walk in hours was convenient ( before COVID). Since than a lot has changed, the receptionist never pick up the phone, you can not confirm the walk-in hours, the website has outdated information. The personal assistant to Dr. Boyd was rarely picking up the phone and the voice messages were not returned.
