Best subs in indiana and the people who own it are really nice
I was so impressed with this little sub shop that I had to leave an exceptional review. The owner is also the person that will take your order and quite possibly be the person making your sub or salad. You can taste the love and pride that this sub shop owner has for his business. He hands you a clip board with everything he has available and all you do is just circle what you want. There are all kinds of meats, cheeses, vegetables and sauces for an infinite amount of combinations. This is a must stop shop.
I’m so disappointed. I have bragged about this place for years. I have looked at all of the reviews and pics and I see the sandwiches are full of meat, which is how I remember them and the service was great just like I remember. However $20 later we came home to very small sandwiches with WAY MORE toppings than meat. I guess PEOPLE and times have changed. I moved and came back and couldn’t wait to taste the train stop deli.. Absolutely loved my first visit !! The owner is great and the food is top notch! We drive 30 min to eat there and planned our next trip back before we finished our food! 10/10
