Working out of the Training Station has been a dream. Ken is approachable, fair, and cares deeply about providing a high quality and well run environment. The facility is clean, the equipment is well maintained and the trainers are exceptional.
Training station is clean, well organized and well equipped for all fitness levels. Machines are modern, clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, inviting. Would highly recommend checking it out
The Training Station has quickly become my favorite place to work out. The gym is exceptionally well-equipped with an extensive set of mobility aids alongside traditional strength equipment, and the layout is thoughtfully designed to enable focused workouts. I’ve worked out at many different gyms and I really appreciate the intimacy of this space which feels very welcoming and the huge variety of equipment that allows for pretty much any type of exercise. My trainer uses tons of props which keeps workouts interesting. I highly recommend The Training Station for small, challenging classes and personal training.
