Our unique 45-minute circuit of high-intensity interval training (that's "HIIT" in gym slang) combines cardio and resistance exercises to burn up to 1,000 calories per class. Sounds hard, right? Well, it is. But no worries, with your mates by your side, you’ll enjoy every minute. Point is, when you train hard, we bring the fun. When you’re happy, we’re happy. Fantastic gym. Not only are the workouts amazing and exhausting; but they really go the extra step to make it a community you feel like you can return back to.
Took Lauren’s Sunday “The Cut” class! She has great energy around the room helping everyone push a little harder and perfect their form. 10/10 recommend!
