I joined this gym in 2015 weighing almost 273 pounds, lost 100 pounds NATURALLY attending Training Loft's classes, getting nutritional guidance from the owner (included in price, it's a self guided comprehensive easy to follow meal guide), and their tremendous communal support from the other members and staff. I would give it 10 stars if I could! The only reason I don't attend anymore is because of my hectic and unpredictable work schedule. I will always be so grateful for my experience here.
