Had the time of my life!! Getting in working out with fellow trainees, was what made it worth it, all the coaches are sooo sooo supportive! They help you every step of the way.. Class enviroment and size is ideal for beginners, and or seasoned trainees. I did the 6 week challenge, the program has and will continue to offer a great stepping stone to life style change.
