I absolutely love it here at TFW!! At first I was nervous and I didn't know what to expect but a few minutes into my first class, I couldn't wait to come back. All of the coaches are amazing. John and Billy run an awesome place...extremely professional but also laid back where everyone feels comfortable. I definitely recommend it here!
Absolutely love coming here to work out. The facility is nice and clean. John, Billy, Lisa, and Kim are all excellent trainers who answer all my questions. They always make sure I have good form and they are the motivation I need when I do not feel like working out. I have only been coming here for 4 weeks and I already see great results. Thank you guys for helping me plan a healthy lifestyle!!
