A loud shout out to TFW East Metro. If you want to join a community of knowledgeable and fun coaches and meet great people check out TFW East Metro. I joined in September to get healthy and lose weight. Right from the orientation I knew this was different than the other gyms I joined.The coaches care, encourage and instruct you during each practice while making it fun. I cannot put into words how much the coaches and members mean to me. I am so glad I joined this family!!!

Best gym in cottage grove and in general. Has an excellent selection of free weights and machines for everyone to use. The gym is also consistently being taken cared of and cleaned.
TFW is a great place to get top notch training! Great coaches, great group classes, great students! If you need help getting back on track or want to continue you fitness journey come try TFW out.
