At the beginning of June 2025 I wanted to get back into weight lifting to increase muscular strength. I came across a Training For Warriors promotion and signed up. Best decision!! If you enjoy moving a barbell and weights, with a focus on proper form and mechanics, this is the place to be!! The coaches give excellent cues, are enthusiastic, and push/encourage members to increase the weights to challenge ourselves. The space is incredibly clean and safe (I.e. no clutter). First day under the new owners and let me tell you. It was amazing.I'm so happy to be back at my favorite place to start my day. I've been a member of TFW over 8 years.. was so sad when it closed and even happier when the girls decided. This can't be and reopened it. If you want the best GYM in Barrie! You found it.. especially ladies of a certain age, we know it's important to build muscle. This is where you're gonna do it without getting bulky. Sincerely happy to be home again TFW strong
