I went to Trainers Choice to find an ankle brace to help with instability, pain and to give me confidence while walking. As someone with MS, hyper mobile joints and a drop foot I am a complex case. I was pleasantly surprised my fitter was extremely knowledgeable and very patient with me. I tried on several sizes until we were sure this one fit. I highly recommend anyone go to Trainers Choice for any bracing needs.
My review is based on the excellent customer service received by Pat Huestis from the Trainers choice customer service department. I needed to make a return on a knee brace purchased at shoppers drug mart. When the store refused my return because I did not have a box I got in touch with Pat and immediately received a reply. Over the few weeks it took to reach a store manager Pat was responsive and reassuring and did her best to help me receive a refund. Thank you to Pat !!

Three weeks ago I fractured my left ankle (distal fibula) & was in a great deal of pain. I needed an air cast boot & crutches urgently. I visited Trainers Choice at 480 Huronia Rd & was so grateful for their immediate help & expertise. Denyse F & Heather C (both Athletic Therapists) were extremely knowledgable, helpful & patient.
