I came in for a sports massage but got a standard run of the mill massage. It was okay but did not live up to the description of services that they say they provide.
I have been going to Trained Touch to help with my migraines and headaches. Since going to Trained Touch, I have noticed a signifianct reduction in daily headaches and migraines. I have received massages from Heather, Lee, and Baeja, all of whom do exceptional work. They listen to your concerns and adjust treatment accordingly. I truly appreciate their professionalism and attention to care. This is the best sports massage therapy I have received. Will continue to go here.
Baeja is amazing! I moved and make almost an hour drive to see her but she’s so worth it! I have seen her after injuries, with tight muscles and pain all over, and I feel like a new person every time I get up from her table. It’s nice not have to give constant direction.
