As someone with a lot of dental trauma and a plethora of bad experiences under my belt, I'm thrilled to say that this was singlehandedly the best experience I've had at a dentist. My husband had previously gone to the clinic for a crown, and after his glowing recommendation, I went for myself for an initial consult. I have been a patient at this clinic for nearly two years and have always remained loyal, which is why I was very disappointed by my recent experience. I sought orthodontic treatment, but the clinic did not clearly disclose that their provider is not a specialist. I proceeded with consultations and multiple scans—despite orthodontic coverage being a one-time, lifetime insurance benefit—only to later be told that results were not guaranteed and that I would need to be referred elsewhere. I do not recommend this clinic. The reason of my visit was to replace a lost filling in one front tooth. First, they charged me a fee of $100.00 of exam, when there was no exam at all. Then the dentist 'replaced' the filling without mentioning anything about how the tooth would look like after the repair. When I went home and saw the tooth, I was in shock. It looked so weird and funny that I will have now to go to another dentist to repair the damage done. This tells me that the dentist has absolutely no skills.

The staff here are amazing! I’ve been coming here for ~3yrs and like most people get nervous at the Dentist… but every time I come they make everything feel really easy, calm and down to earth. Very organized, attentive, and personalized. I genuinely look forward to seeing the staff when I come. Great hygienist and dentist but the front desk not so much. They changed their policy and didn’t mention it until I made a comment that I didn’t want to pay upfront. Thank god for that or else I would have racked up a bill and thrown up at the price at the end of my session. I will be going elsewhere.
