In town visiting some family! CF Waco is a great place to get your WOD in, love the atmosphere everyone is nice and very helpful and instructors are fun to be around I will be back next time I come to town!!

The trainers I've met or worked with thus far have been excellent. There are a wide variety of abilities here so don't be intimidated by any preconceived ideas you may have about CF! That being said, you'll only get out what you put in!
