Extremely disappointed with the customer service at this facility. I was supposed to buy workout equipment from trainer DeAndre Cannon. He sent me a message (which I still have) saying that it was en route. I sent him the money and then he stopped answering my phone calls. I tried numerous times to contact him. I never got the equipment or my money back. He is very unprofessional and can only hope this is not how the gym runs their business. I hope that he does not scam anyone with his fraudulent activities.
