i was invited by a co worker and ended up a memeber. lost forty five lbs in sixty days. started at 205 and ended up at 160. the coaches maintain a schedule and monitor all members. checking form and pushing for progress. friendly members and coaches provide support,encouragement and a friendly challange. started in dec of 2013 and have kept going. this gym offers a meal plan to boost your metabolism and physical therapy to ease the ruff days. extremely experienced team of people.
