Dr Anna and her staff have unlocked the secret of our traumatized cat.
We have been seeing Dr. Anna, at Trailwood Cat Hospital now for about 3 years. Started with 1 cats, and now we have 3! She really cares about the kitties, and is super knowledgeable on everything cats. All our cats were rescues from our backyard and their first visits with here ( and since of course) were great. She is great with ferals as well. Everyone we have dealt with there, from reception to techs have been helpful and professional.
I recently took my cat here for a 2nd opinion since Banfield told me she "needed 5 teeth extracted" to which Dr.Anna confided in me that her teeth looked completely okay. We had a long conversation that I really appreciate, it made me feel better about my girls health as well as trusting my intuition in not trusting in Banfield.
