My review is long but if Google would let me give this place 10+ stars, I absolutely would! ⭐️ This place is AMAZING! So grateful to everyone at Trailwood Cat Hospital. You can always count on them to be the most caring, transparent and available. We always feel our loved ones are in amazing hands when at Trailwood. Thank you so much!
I've tried to get information about their fees and services, and they were quite rude, cagey, and clearly didn't want new patients! Maybe they have plenty, but just say that rather than having terrible customer service. The few fees I was able to get from them (with way too much effort) were on the very high end for the area, similar to the private equity-owned vets (I didn't look to see if Trailwood is PE-owned too). I don't see why people have given them such high reviews when their staff is so bad.
Always the best service and more importantly, care for my cats. Very reasonable prices and top quality care
Dr Anna and her staff have unlocked the secret of our traumatized cat.
