I dropped by Trailside Trikes this last weekend 7/6/24 for the first time and met the owner, Andrew and had a nice conversation. He was very pleasant person to talk to. He has a nice assortment of trikes from the entry level to the advanced recumbent rider. Andrew was able to help me out with some accessory parts I needed for my trike so I could modify my Catrike hand rests. I also got a few more items for my trike and Andrew was able to help. Thank you very much for your service. Looking forward to my next trip.

Andrew is quite knowledgeable about all things trikes. Was very helpful, patient and generous with his time. Well worth the trip out to south Knoxville. Can’t recommend him more highly.
My husband and I each bought a recumbent trike with e-assist from Trailside Trikes. We are seniors who want to be active and have a safe riding experience. The service and customer education regarding the recumbent trikes was very good. We felt like we knew what we needed to ride the trikes, and we can have any future questions answered if needed.
Andrew and his team are so accommodating. I’m an above knee amputee. I traveled from Birmingham to Knoxville to check out trikes. Andrew stayed after hours to allow me to test ride several trikes. He took my husband and I out for at least 30 minutes. He and his team are like an encyclopedia about trikes, safety, and cycling equipment. Highly recommend!!!!!!
