This place doesn't deserve a star. The mold inside some of the apartments alone is enough for the EPA to file law suits. They try to police tenants by threatening visitors. News flash this place has zero legal rite to tell people they can not have company. This place had best wake up cause several tenants are passed enough to consult attorneys which I work with 2 of them. We are investigating
I've lived here for almost 7 years, (would love to move but money) and the noise has always been a problem. I have been trying to get the landlord to address problems with an upstairs neighbor who refuses to be quiet at night. So much lost sleep and they only gave them one lease violation in over 6 months! Every time I ask what is being done to resolve the problem I get "we're working on it" and "it's confidential". So sick and tired of it all! What's the point of rules and laws if they are not enforced.

Not loving it so much now. It is not being maintained like it use to be. Not even standard care. The outside lacks care and attention. Plumbing issues that can't seem to be fixed ( they are trying though). The laundry room is dirty real dirty more times than not. In the past it was a priority to keep it clean the manager made sure that maintenance personelI took care of it. Same goes for the dog waste areas not being emptied and tended too.
