Posted a few reviews,this is the most one currently. I retract all I said was good that no longer exists. Mercy Housing took away the extra storage, the free wifi, and much more. No longer is the office staffed as it states Monday through Friday 8:30-5:30 p.m. that is an all out out nightlife. Maintenence doesn't not fix anything except fo4 water flooding pretty much. Update have been here living 8 years and s till waiting for repairs after a domestic violence attack. Mercy Housing ignored all my applications for assistance. Instead they retaliated against me for the domestic violence that happened to me. VAWA is supposed to allow you emergency move and or repairs to your apartment. This is a federal law. It don't matter they never even replied to my request for VAWA. NO ONE CARED ABOUT MY DV instead the office staff threatened me with eviction. That's when I found out mercy housing had b... read more
I highly recommend anyone interested stay away from this appt. complex. The only thing good about this place is the semi cheap rent and the residents services lady Gwen who is helpful and very nice. The manager and maintenance suck. We moved out because there is dog crap all over the property, tweekers selling meth that live on the property and constant homeless people and drug users frequently come and go. This place doesn't deserve a star. The mold inside some of the apartments alone is enough for the EPA to file law suits. They try to police tenants by threatening visitors. News flash this place has zero legal rite to tell people they can not have company. This place had best wake up cause several tenants are passed enough to consult attorneys which I work with 2 of them. We are investigating
