The new management company has made things much better.
Came to look at the place and thought the price was a bit high for what they were offering. They said there was a deal going on and I would get $200 off a month and I said I would think about it. The next day I called to confirm the deal and they said it was available and I applied online. I showed up two days later to sign the lease and the deal had been rescinded. From a Thursday to a Sunday the deal had expired they said. Total bait and switch. Do not bother wasting your time here.
