Trailside Medical Centre is a place I visit regularly, since my doctor, pharmacy, and therapist are within its wall. There is quite a convenience in having all these services under one roof, and the friendly staff have gotten to know me on a personal level and always are patient and helpful. Do not let the many one-star ratings sway your opinion. Had a fantastic experience today. My daughter had blood work done this am and after she was feeling really dizzy lightheaded I had her sit down in lobby I asked a lady at trailside pharmacy for some info on what to do she was so nice she even went and got my daughter an apple juice to drink and never charged us for it. I was so impressed the staff even asked before we left how she was thank you very much 10 stars.😀
Parking fee is reasonable considering city prices. Bathroom had no toilet paper and was dirty which I told the receptionist about. When I left 45 minutes later it was still the same - no toilet paper and dirty. Exam rooms have windows (why?) and the waiting area which is spacious had no windows so poor layout for such a new facility.
NO THANK YOU..... why would you ever come here to do anything, when you can go anywhere else and not have to pay for parking? I went in for blood but didn't have enough time. So I left before the 15 minutes were up... when I went to leave with 2 minutes to spare the machine was going to not let me leave without paying. I went back to lifelabs to have my ticket validated.... well they DONT validate tickets.... they told me to go to the Pharmacy.... well then the Pharmacy associate tells me I have to spend 10$ minimum to get m... read more
A building in FERGUS needs paid parking? Ridiculous. I am walking in every time just to spite you for now on. Came from Kitchener and none of my medical appointments need parking. Boo!
