I visited the medical centre this morning for an IUD removal with Dr. Rollings-Scattergood, and I was extremely happy with the care I received from her. The removal itself was super quick and almost completely painless. She was professional, reassuring, and thorough. She also provided a panty liner afterward, asked whether I wanted a Pap smear, and checked when my last one was. I really appreciated that she took the time to make sure everything was taken care of. I am happy, my money was refunded. It was my misunderstanding. All is great now. ~~~~~~~ I was charged twice. No one to talk to. Not happy. Zero score or stars given. Would be nice to have a phone number to call. Also a working properly machine. Oh and no receipts came out to put into the machine to exi5. So I had to press button to exit. All in all NOT nice.
Trailside Medical Centre is a place I visit regularly, since my doctor, pharmacy, and therapist are within its wall. There is quite a convenience in having all these services under one roof, and the friendly staff have gotten to know me on a personal level and always are patient and helpful. Do not let the many one-star ratings sway your opinion. Had a fantastic experience today. My daughter had blood work done this am and after she was feeling really dizzy lightheaded I had her sit down in lobby I asked a lady at trailside pharmacy for some info on what to do she was so nice she even went and got my daughter an apple juice to drink and never charged us for it. I was so impressed the staff even asked before we left how she was thank you very much 10 stars.😀
Parking fee is reasonable considering city prices. Bathroom had no toilet paper and was dirty which I told the receptionist about. When I left 45 minutes later it was still the same - no toilet paper and dirty. Exam rooms have windows (why?) and the waiting area which is spacious had no windows so poor layout for such a new facility.
