Completed some work for Trailside back in February and I still have not been paid. Several phone calls and emails and all I get is the run around, been told it's being processed, been told they don't have any money left in the project. You would think a reputable company like Trailside would have $1800.00 to pay one of their subs, if you are a small company counting on a paycheck stay away from Trailside.
We purchased and are now living in a spec Trailside home in Cle Elum, Washington. We purchased a year ago. I am happy to change my review when Trailside does the right thing. But for now I will say this… they have us on a shared well with a neighbor that is not producing enough water for us both. And Trailside’s owner, Sean, is not acting in good faith nor does he want to help rectify a situation he allowed to take place. As an excavation contractor in the area, we work with quite a few home builders. The team behind the trailside is phenomenal on multiple scales, including their communication skills, clean worksites, very friendly staff, builds fast and efficiently! 10/10, these guys are awesome!!
