I've been visiting this property for years and it never disappoints. Dawn and Maddy have always been so great and welcoming. The property is so nice and clean, well maintained and most importantly the people here are nice! As a vendor, I see my fair share of craziness and that's where I'll leave it. Never had or have seen any of that here. I would recommend Trailside Flats as a place to live. Hope you find this useful
