NEVER BUY FROM AMY PULTE PROPERTY. I was deciding on whether to review or not for long, but as days are passing by it seems to be a high time to get the frustration out. We closed in Trailside, last year. We just had our one year anniversary. The home was exactly what we were looking for. It definitely fits our needs. After closing, we did notice some things that were not exactly right, in the category of poor/rushed workmanship. This was mainly with drywall and electrical. All those issues have been resolved, and we are enjoying our Pulte home. And I have to say that Trailside was a good choice for us! Nice neighborhood with a lot of friendly neighbors!
