Our experience was outstanding from start to finish. Blake Stowers went out of his way to ensure we had a home that fit our needs and short timeline. Joe Oliver has been great about answering our questions as the superintendent after closing. We love the amenities available, location, and still feel like we are somewhat in a country setting. We couldn’t have asked for a smoother transition from Southern, IN. We are more than happy with our new home!

From Steve G. in the sales office to Jasneet with the lending team, and Chris with the Customer Care Team—everyone was top-notch. They were all extremely responsive and always willing to help. The home itself is fantastic, and we love the community and the amenities currently available. Overall, it was an outstanding experience
