High quality products and a wide selection. But an even better group of people that make this place run. Situated right on the bike trail in Canfield, hence the name. There's no better place in the Mahoning Valley to go for bike sales and service. You might even get to meet the company mascot and shop dog, Snotty. I Love Trailside.
A huge "Thank You!!" to the Trailside Bicycle Company and friends who saved my bike ride with my 8 yr old this afternoon! She had been looking forward to her first big bike ride for weeks and after realizing I had a flat tire, AND a broken tire pump, AND impending rain, we almost quit. I thought I would stop by TBC on our way home and ask for help. They cheerfully filled not only my flat tire, but checked and filled my other tire and the tires on my daughter's bike as well. Great shop! Very friendly and knowledgeable of their products. I went in for my bike rack and the basket w/ the deflection fairing. Looks great and is fantastic for traveling. I plan on looking for my training equipment from them as well.
Tim and the gang @ Trailside are a great bunch of people. Their customer service is second to none. It is refreshing to go into an establishment and the salesperson actually knows more than you; about what your looking at ..... (not easily accomplished in the age of Google) Stop in they know what you really want Cheers
