Curtis listened to what I was looking for, fit me for my first ever “good” bike, taught me what I needed to know from helmet, light, bike, etc. and even loaded it in my car. I was pleased with the service, the education, and the conversation!
Terrible service. Just had my 11/25 cassette that this store took off and put a 11/28 on for a different race. Come to find out Tim (the owner) couldn’t find my 11/25 in the shop. So he decided to grab whatever 11/25 he had. Come to find out he mixed two models in one cassette. Very professional NOT. Stay away. Ever sense Brian was pushed out of this bike store everything sucks about it.
If you are buying a bike. You don’t want to look anywhere else. These guys showed so much patience with me. They truly cared about educating me and helping me understand what kind of bike was best for my needs.
