I lived here for a while, and it was truly a wonderful place. The location is great for studying—close to the college, shops, and the train line. The home is quiet, affordable, and well-maintained. The staff are very friendly, especially *Memoranda Hauk* ,who is kind, understanding, and always ready to help with any questions or issues. Thank you, kind and lovely lady! I highly recommend this place!
Let me start off by saying the manager tries her hardest. This review is not a reflection of management but I have to be honest. My apt was broken into woke up with my sliding door wide open and my cat missing my Amazon packages get stolen this is not a safe neighborhood. The fact that someone had the gall to break into my home while I was asleep is scary enough. The office manager Mo has been very friendly and helpful from the beginning. She has been patient and so awesome. Anytime I have an issue I go to her and she resolves it. Taran the maintenance man is such a great help I had an issue with my washer/dryer as well as my stovetop and he has helped me fix everything and he is just an awesome guy. I always chat with him. I've been living here at Trailside for a while now and honestly it's been great. The location is really convenient for getting to campus and makes my commute to classes way easier. Everything's been running smoothly and it's been a good spot for focusing on school. Overall it's worked out well for me this year.
