Madison, Penny, and Eileen are amazing! They are the reason I continue to live at trailside. They were all extremely helpful during my transfer to a new apartment. Highly recommend living here!

Since living here I’ve recently been having positive connections w/a new staff named Penny. With issues that arise unexpectedly & when life happens we tend to overlook stuff, Penny has been my “lucky coin” in assisting me to comb out the tangles in certain dilemmas. She has a flair that makes me comfortable in trusting her & she has bright personality that gives the complex a good look ☺️
I left my apartment in a hurry today to take care of some things on my days off of work. Kind of a stressful day. To top it all off, we experienced a blizzard here in Flagstaff, AZ which made driving conditions sketchy to say the least. Thank God I have a big truck with 4X4. When I returns home, I realized I was locked out of my apartment and had left my key inside. I went down to the managers office to ask if she (Penny)would let me in. I have been here for over a month now and have never felt so comfortable at an apartment complex before. Penny has been wonderful and kind. Kyle has also been most helpful. The inclusivity and generosity that they have shown has made this a great experience so far. The complex is also well kept and always clean which is a plus!
