I have lived in the TrailSide Apartments for 2 plus years. In that time the staff, the property's appearance; cleanliness and orderly! The wonderful staff at the front desk are all professional and always friendly. The property maintenance guys are TOP NOTCH! Kyle and Lawrence. Fast friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Couldnt ask for better! Thanks for all you guys do! Elle, Penny; you help make it all come together!
Shout out to the maintenance staff, especially Kyle, for addressing any issues in a timely and professional manner! I've had two small requests over the last year (garbage disposal and battery replacement in the door lock) that were taken care of promptly. Thank you!
Penny Baxter is absolutely amazing and one of the main reasons I actually chose Trailside. I went on multiple apartment tours in Flagstaff and Penny was so amazing compared to other tour guides. she makes it feel very welcoming to live here and helps with anything that you could possibly need. trailside apartments is beautiful, safe, and friendly. Trailside is a beautiful apartment complex, I definitely would’ve rented here! However with my growing family I needed a 3 bedroom apartment and they didn’t have these. Penny was kind enough to recommend properties for me to go visit. Thank you. If anyone is looking for a nice 2 bedroom apt come here. Their customer service is A+.
