Both Penny and Kyle are absolutely amazing, and truly make all the difference living at Trailside. Kyle does an amazing job at keeping Trailside spotless and clean. Anytime I have maintenance work done, he does spectacular job, he is so thorough with his work and he is so sweet and kind. Penny is amazing and the sweetest person i’ve ever met. I finally found a beautiful, peaceful place to call home, which is hard in Flagstaff. Trailside has the best management & maintenance team - Penny & Kyle are kind and helpful. You walk into the office, they always smile and say hello. The apartments are five years old, well taken care of and look new inside. I would recommend Trailside to friends & family.
The customer service and quick response time for maintenance concerns is exceptional. Penny and Kyle are so great to work with. The property is extremely well maintained and safe. I highly recommend.
I absolutely love Trailside and the staff. Penny & Kyle make everyone feel welcomed and keep Trailside running smoothly. We love it here so much , we are renewal our lease. If you are looking for a beautiful apartment, come to Trailside.
