Trailside is a beautiful apartment complex, I definitely would’ve rented here! However with my growing family I needed a 3 bedroom apartment and they didn’t have these. Penny was kind enough to recommend properties for me to go visit. Thank you. If anyone is looking for a nice 2 bedroom apt come here. Their customer service is A+.
I am new to the apartment complex and just moved in. The apartment is so lovely and I can’t wait to make this place home. Penny helped me throughout the entire application process while I was abroad in Korea and was super helpful while I was miles away! I’ve been really happy with my choice to live here, the staff is wonderful. Kyle has done an amazing job fixing any maintenance problem I’ve had. He’s been kind and accommodating and will fix any issues you’re having to the best of his ability quickly!
Trailside is a great community with great staff especially Penny Baxter who showed me around and answered all of questions even through phone calls and emails
