The quickest I’ve got into an apartment. No hassle. Everything was easy & the communication was top tier, thank you Penny. My apartment was in perfect condition, this the first time I have moved into an apartment and there was not one thing maintenance needed to come back to fix. The day I was moving in, Kyle from maintenance stopped by to make sure everything was perfect. You can tell he truly cared . I have and will continue to recommend Trailside Apartment to all my friends and family.
Since I have moved in, Penny has been nothing but kind and helpful. Every time I see her and Kyle they are quick with a smile and happy hello. The apartments here are new & beautiful, having A/C is the BEST. Maintenance wise, Kyle comes the day I put in a request. When I walk into the office, Penny is always there to help. I plan on renewing me lease and will stay here for another 2 years.

Both Penny and Kyle are absolutely amazing, and truly make all the difference living at Trailside. Kyle does an amazing job at keeping Trailside spotless and clean. Anytime I have maintenance work done, he does spectacular job, he is so thorough with his work and he is so sweet and kind. Penny is amazing and the sweetest person i’ve ever met. I finally found a beautiful, peaceful place to call home, which is hard in Flagstaff. Trailside has the best management & maintenance team - Penny & Kyle are kind and helpful. You walk into the office, they always smile and say hello. The apartments are five years old, well taken care of and look new inside. I would recommend Trailside to friends & family.
