I lived at Trailside for close to seven years and I'm excited to move out due to how terrible it has been lately. The price hikes, added fees, and extreme overcharging on utilities to a rediculous level, have all made this place a rip-off. The new managers are absolutely useless and have made it unbearable to live here. I'v been charged illegal fees and promises by them are broken often. Used to be a good place for years until new manager. Lived here for years and always had Reasonable lease renewals until 2025. They jacked up my rent by 13% which I feel like is illegal. They also Overcharged their residents for utilities in 2024 and took almost a year of constantly emailing them for a refund. They finally refunded people 10 months later. They did their annual inspection in September and, they were supposed to make minor repairs to my apartment like replacing blinds and Replace garbage disposal, fix fireplac... read more

lived here almost 10 years before being priced out of my unit. they did not comply with the 7% washington state increase cap even though the law went into effect before my lease renewal. management lacks proper communication and resolutions to most issues. during my time there the first 4-5 years were amazing was so happy to live there. but after the 2 management changes within 1 year it went downhill quickly with the current management staff. aside from being priced out of my home, we were overcharged for water for 4 months... read more
