I do not often write reviews, but apartment searching can be extremely stressful and taxing. I write this review to help you narrow down your search. My roommate and I toured these apartments on July 12th. After that, we were informed that we would receive a discounted rate on a renovated apartment. After we completed the application, it was almost impossible to get in touch with anyone in the office. We were told we were "going to get the lease by the end of the day" for almost a month. Literally the worst management company EVER. Despite me being an adult who paid rent fully on my own, anytime there was an issue with apartment we would call or go to the office about they insisted on calling me “kiddo”, even after i asked them to stop, like a gross power play. They also would make up or change rules, and when we would point out the inconsistency between what they would say and the lease, they would just threaten to fine us. Have had a great first year here! I just renewed and Jisela and Kathy in the office made it one of the most painless processes ever and made me comfortable every step of the way Maintenance has been great and I recommend to anyone Interested to check them out
Kathy was such a joy to interact with. You can tell she truly loved her job and the property. I accompanied my bf (Michael) to look for an apartment and the whole experience from greeting us to welcome home, to the end was positive vibes. Not only did we love the apartment complex we loved her. Thank you so much for making the experience amazing. And hopefully my bf can call trailside home soon.
Went for a tour this morning and was welcomed in by Kathy, she was so kind and made the tour and application process very comfortable. The unit we toured was more than I could have expected and the space was reassuring for a 1 bedroom. We walked the property and it was very clean and pretty quiet.
