I loved living here the first year, but after the second year I could not wait to move out. After being accused of lying about my dryer being broken for three months right after having a baby, and still having to pay the dryer rental fee for all three months. To reporting three different times about just how bad the bathtub was peeling as well as the black mold in the restroom. I wanted to update my experience here at Trailside. Things have taken a major turn for the better with the new management. I recently went into the office to clear up a ledger issue, and the staff was incredibly professional and gracious. It is a breath of fresh air to work with people who are helpful and actually say thank you when you bring things to their attention. I also want to give a huge shout-out to the maintenance team. Those apartments are not safe; people break in to steal car tires, the doors are damaged, and they're not secure.
