Fantastic customer service, we couldn't be happier with our interaction with Todd in the part department.
Good trailers, but employees are not treated the best.
I like my 28 ft bumper pull RPM trailer for the most part but some components went out pretty quickly, like lights and heater. When I called and left a message about warranty on the lights I got no reply.
Love my trailer, it has a 1 year warranty, if you take care of it and maintain it properly, it will last a lifetime.
Jason Anderson is freaking horrible @being a project manager he is always yelling, screaming and after I got hurt they did not work with me when they forced me to use a broken machine and the made me use my broken hand which forced me to quite fit my own health and to know my value and worth which was not valued at the peice of sh%$ trails west they are lucky I didn't sue!!
