Trails West gooseneck trailers pull so nice. Compared to some of the other brands they are much lighter so it takes less fuel to pull them. Even in the wind they pull much straighter than any of the other brands we have owned. This is our second trailer and we have over 60,000 miles on it. We took it in to get some scratches and bruises fixed and they got right on it and we're extremely reasonable on price, not something you see much these days.
Fantastic customer service, we couldn't be happier with our interaction with Todd in the part department.
Good trailers, but employees are not treated the best.
