If you report any problems they will want you to allow them in and out of the apartment as much as they see fit… because they can’t hire someone who knows how to fix the problem. Then when you call them to let them know the problem still wasn’t solved, they will give you a 30 days notice. Because they think you shouldn’t be contacting them more than one time.
