Newly remodeled clean and comfy. All new beds, HOT water in spacious showers, COLD ac to keep you comfortable all night long. Highly recommend it.
Not a single complaint the location is perfect. This is the only place whare me and all of my friends stay at every time we go to to dunes. Also since thire has been a new owner thire has been numerous upgrades that made the place better and im shure many more will come in the future! If you are looking for a place to stay at while being at the dunes would definitely recommend, and has the most reasonable prices around that I know of.

People are so negative many times but if they are looking for a place that is not noisy and a hotel 5 stars the dunes is not the right place they have to understand being able to get a hotel in the dunes is not a luxury it is a necessity I believe in me opinion that the new owner has done a good job remodeling the hotel
We have been staying at the motel for 3-4 years now. We make 3-5 trips a year and are always satisfied with the rooms and customer service. After the new ownership, it is obvious they care more now and are trying their best to improve the parking, rooms, and cleanliness. If you’re coming to the dunes for a weekend, definitely would recommend the motel as it’s reasonably priced and has 24hr dune access.
